  Terrible....This store has a big problem. The manager and a lady were very rude. They did not have any kind mind for their customers. I really want to see the owner of this store to tell their terrible service attitude so that if the owner see this review, the owner should contact me ASAP. If BonChon wants to neglect this kind of bad review they shall see what will be happened. I will also report this to Korean head office soon.

  Best Korean fried chicken in Annandale. Don't let the pretenders to the crown fool you. Bon Chon is consistent, reliable, and delicious.

  The staff wear shirts with "Addicted Yet?" written on the back, and for a very good reason. I have never had a bad experience at BonChon. Their golden cripsy chicken is always incredibly delicious. Their happy hour is good, with cheap pitchers of beer (around $10 if I recall correctly). The servers are alright, not the best service ever, but also not the worst, hence the 4 stars. The atmosphere is good; hip, with good music, and a nice bar. Good amount of parking in a safe area.

  I have found my favorite chicken spot! Extra crispy skin full of melt in your mouth meat, plus perfect spices. The friendly staff and energy also makes it a fun place to hangout, or watch a game.
